According to the latest BASSCOM annual study of the Bulgarian software industry, the number of employees in it has increased with 15% compared to last year. The Campus aims to support and accelerate the success of the start-up and already established technology companies.

The position of COO is new and follows the development of Telerik Academy after its separation as an independent company in 2017. Dimitar will work to optimize processes and strategic planning about the need for retraining and upgrading skills in Bulgaria and globally.
Steven Tsvetkov, Learning Experience Design Manager at Telerik Academy: ChatGPT, as well as other similar technologies, would have a significant impact not only on training in the IT sector but also on the entire education sector. These types of tools have the potential to impact various aspects of talent development positively.
