To help you master the fundamental concepts of Java (the programming language used in the QA Alpha program) and get ready for Telerik Academy Alpha’s entrance exam, we’re coupling our curated online materials with hands-on, onsite workshops. During the workshops we’ll go through the homework assignments after each video lesson, answer your questions and help you solve any challenges you may face.
Mar 13, 7:00-9:00 pm: Data types and Variables; Conditionals (prep commitment at home 5 hrs/week)
Mar 20, 7:00-9:00 pm: Loops (prep commitment at home 5 hrs/week)
Apr 3, 7:00-9:00 pm: Arrays (prep commitment at home 5 hrs/week)
Apr 10, 7:00-9:00 pm: Final preparation for the exam
At Telerik Academy Alpha QA you will:
Basic programming knowledge (language of your choice) and good English language skills. No previous experience in the IT industry required.
To get the most out of the program and then jumpstart a rewarding career, you’ll need to focus on your studies for 6 months. To recharge your batteries, you’ll have 4 weeks of vacation.
Lectures are held 2 to 3 times a week (Tuesday–Thursday, 7:00-10:00 pm) at Telerik Academy in Sofia. You can maintain a part-time or even a non-demanding full-time job while attending Telerik Academy Alpha QA as long as this doesn’t interfere with your progress.
100% onsite participation. Expect an average of 6-9+ hours per week and additional time for self-preparation.
Courses are conducted in Bulgarian, but all learning materials are in English.
