Access to top talent and beyond
As part of our partner program, all companies receive direct access to all Telerik Academy Alpha cohorts and have the opportunity to personally get to know the students and review detailed information about their training, personal skills and performance in the program. HR experts also help them find the talent that best matches their culture and needs.
In turn, graduates who choose to start with a partner company, have their tuition fee covered by the partner. We are proud that 100% of our alumni land a job in IT and 75% start their first job in IT in less than 2,5 months from their studies’ end. In addition, the salaries of the Telerik Academy Alpha graduates are 60% higher than the average for the IT industry - a true testament to their knowledge and skills.
Working with leaders
Over 40 tech companies are part of Telerik Academy’s partner network, including Uber, Bosch, Leanplum, Experian, Software AG and Tick42 to name a few. Telerik Academy connects the top tech talent we train with leading IT companies, startups and unicorns looking to grow their teams and businesses with young professionals skilled and motivated to start contributing to the company’s success from their first weeks on the job.
