At the age of 28, he was already a founder and CEO of an esports startup but realized that the lack of coding skills and experience would greatly impede his future professional development. The way forward? Kalin joined Telerik Academy Alpha, training program for software engineers and just a day after successfully completing the program, he started working at Tick42.

Martin Manchev has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Master's Degree in Financial Management. Programming was just a hobby for Vasil Dininski. He studied “International Economic Relations” at the University of National and World Economy. Driven by his love for information technology, Vasil applied and was accepted to Telerik Academy. As soon as he graduated from the Academy, he started working as a junior software developer at Telerik, and since the beginning of 2017, he is now part of Amazon’s team.
Telerik Academy offers its employees a mental and physical health program. At the end of 2021, the overall program was rated by employees at 4.8 out of 5. Based on their performance, employees also have the opportunity to acquire shares in the company and an annual bonus based on their performance.

Daniel Rankov is a CEO and Chief Cloud Officer at Several Clouds, AWS Community Hero, and the lead trainer of the Telerik Academy Upskill DevOps program. For him, DevOps is a collaboration towards a common goal, and the role of a DevOps engineer is complex and related to automation, Pipelines, CI/CD and cloud technologies.

At the b2b Media Awards 2022, companies, projects and individuals showcased their innovative campaigns, projects and achievements by competing in over 30 categories. Telerik Academy won two awards - first place in the "Dynamic Development" category and a special award for our CEO, Alexandra Mechkova.
