Some of the most innovative companies in Bulgaria partner with Telerik Academy to ensure they have access to top Master Junior talent. Telerik Academy’s graduates are well-prepared from the very beginning to start contributing to the success of their business and to quickly move on to the next professional level.
We’re glad to announce that Leanplum, Endava, Honeybee, Progress, MobiSystems, Rhythm Engineering and Telelink are joining our partner network. Our friends from Uber, Tick42, Grafixoft, Accedia and InterConsult Bulgaria (ICB) continue their work with Telerik Academy to grow their teams.
“A quarter of the newly hired software engineers in the company in 2017 are Telerik Academy graduates. They have the necessary tech knowledge, and most of all, the mindset that they need to constantly learn and develop their skills. Also, they integrate and start delivering much quicker than most junior professionals – in some cases only within a few days,” commented Stoyan Damon, co-founder and CTO of Tick42.
All partner companies receive direct access to the students in the Telerik Academy Alpha professional program. They have the opportunity to meet the students in person and also have access to detailed information about their education, personal skills and performance during the program.
For the students, this is a wonderful opportunity to get to know the companies and to meet leading experts in the software development. The early career orientation and the regular interaction with leading technology companies are another prerequisite for the students’ successful career start.
The 6-month program Telerik Academy Alpha grooms software developers who have the technological knowledge, practical experience, and personal skills that the business needs. The students undergo an intensive educational program that includes 440 hours of training, teamwork and individual projects resembling real work environment, as well as personal development and communication courses.
