My motivation came from a personal decision — I wanted to return to Bulgaria. This made me reflect on my long-term future and the need for a stable career to achieve my goals back home.
I began researching different professions, and since many of my family members and friends were already working in IT, I decided to pursue this field as well.
The program helped me the most by teaching me how to learn the right way, how to work effectively in a team, and how to recognize and better understand both my strengths and weaknesses.
