At Telerik Academy School, we believe in the power of learning to develop and transform. We are looking for a purpose-driven professional to help us further grow and take our Sales & Partner initiatives to new heights. You will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our relationships with new and existing senior-level stakeholders: municipalities and private businesses, local businesses, regional governors, schools, philanthropists, etc.
Generate new business opportunities that fuel Telerik Academy School’s revenue strategy
Expand and consolidate our reach to more cities in Bulgaria by meeting and inspiring local communities (online or travelling for face-to-face meetings whenever possible in the context of the current pandemic)
Act as a trusted advisor to existing partners and sponsors, and build long-lasting relationships based on trust and integrity
Share partner-driven insights to voice the needs of Telerik Academy School’s partners within our team
Prepare sales forecasts and analysis that contribute to the scaling of our operations and the spearheading of new strategic initiatives
Continuously update and share best practices with key stakeholders
Join a tight-knit team of excellent professionals lead by purpose
Exercise your strengths on a daily basis, and challenge yourself to go beyond them in a friendly environment
Get a thorough understanding of the tech-ed ecosystem in Bulgaria
2+ years of relevant sales experience (e.g. B2B sales, relations with government institutions, etc.)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to converse with senior representatives, prospective partners and donors, and speak as a thought-leader in this space
Feeling comfortable working in an ambiguous, quickly-changing environment
Fluency in Bulgarian and a very good command of English
Fundraising experience with NGOs and/or educational institutions and causes is a great plus.
