As a Junior Administrator - Learning Platforms, you would work closely with our Instructional Design lead, Technical Training team, and Program & Product Management team (have a look at our About page). Your role would be to facilitate the smooth execution of our Alpha and Upskill programs by administering our learning systems.

What you will be doing:

Work on day-to-day assignments in Moodle, Discourse, MS Office 365 and other internal systems;
Prepare our LMS for the start of each new Alpha or Upskill cohort (e.g. create Moodle courses and forum spaces, set tasks deadlines, etc.);
Upload course content in Moodle, and distribute it to our Alpha and Upskill students, keeping it accurate and up-to-date;
Administer student profiles, groups and cohorts in Moodle, and our forum;
Support team members by providing data from online student surveys upon request;
Moderate student-generated content in our forum;
Onboard new trainers on working with our LMS;
Respond to inquiries related to training courses issues.

What will make you successful in this role:

Tech savviness: this role doesn’t require prior knowledge of our systems, but being quick to learn and navigate new tools or technologies;
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously;
Being fond of administrative and repetitive tasks: we know it’s not for everyone, but we are looking for the kind of person who finds comfort and joy in predictability;
A team-player attitude: willingness to share ideas regularly, and to accept and provide feedback;
High quality of work and attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian, and a very good level of English skills;
Relevant experience in either Moodle, Discourse or MS Office 365 is an advantage.
