We are looking for a motivated and diligent professional to join our team at Telerik Academy, Telerik Academy School and Campus X as an Administration & Operations Specialist. In this role, you would manage various administrative, legal, accounting and operations activities within the three organizations.

Participate in all invoicing processes of Telerik Academy, Telerik Academy School, and Campus X: issuing and sending invoices, adding new members and partners in related systems (OfficeRnD platform and Microsoft Dynamics NAV), etc.;
Participate in all processes related to legal work: preparing agreements, annexes and appendices; editing documents according to the individual conditions of the Campus X members and partners, etc.;
Coordinate and administer end-to-end processes that require participation from multiple stakeholders, e.g. related to the annual medical checks, and additional health insurance.
Act as the face of the organizations externally: communicate with members, partners and vendors (via e-mail or ticket system), being their first point of contact for specific questions;
Work closely with various teams within the organizations (Talent, Sales, Marketing, PM), developing strong relationships with them;
Deal independently with inquiries that may come up during a typical workday, navigating a fast-paced environment;
Proactively think of the ongoing improvement of the existing processes and create new ones in order to optimize the workflow – analyze, propose improvements and support their execution.
Your job will never be boring – you would work closely with the teams of our three organizations internally, and the Campus X members externally;

3+ years of experience in administrative work;
High customer-orientation and experience in communication with multiple stakeholders;
Ability to run parallel tasks in an effective way;
Caring about the quality of your work, being thorough and precise;
Experience in a fast-paced business environment;
Focus on active collaboration with others, task ownership and problem-solving;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian, and a very good command of English;
Legal experience or education is a great advantage.
