Before joining, I had tried many different ways of self-learning, but it was always hard to organize my knowledge and progress quickly. When I discovered the Alpha program, everything changed — it gave me the best and most structured way to learn programming and see real progress.
The most helpful part was the practice. Working on real projects showed me how to think like a developer.
The community was also a huge support — there were always people ready to give advice or feedback. And just as important, I learned how to work in a team and communicate ideas effectively, which is vital for any developer.
Alpha gave me the confidence and skills to start working as a Junior Front-End Developer. Before Alpha, programming was just a hobby — now it’s part of my career and something I use every day.
