I had been interested in programming and computers since school — my first steps were with C++ in 8th grade. Later, I studied a programming-oriented major at the Technical University, while also working in the hospitality sector.
After six years of customer service, I realized I wanted to return to my true passion — software development. Telerik Academy gave me the opportunity to make this change in a structured and intensive way — in less than six months.
The amazing mentors and the strong team they built helped me the most. The practical exercises and constant feedback from both trainers and peers improved my logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Alpha completely changed the direction of my life — from working in hospitality to the IT industry, a change I had postponed for a long time.
Thanks to the Academy, I started working as a Front-End Developer at CleverPine just one month after graduating. Today, I work with technologies like Angular, RxJS, and PrimeNG. Telerik Academy gave me the foundation — the mindset, research skills, and programming knowledge — on which I continue to build.
I can confidently say I managed to turn my hobby into a profession that inspires me every day.
