In this role, you will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You’ll create, optimize and report on paid campaigns across channels, build engaging email journeys and enhance the entire user journey from start to finish to improve conversion rate. We’re looking for a seasoned Growth Marketer who can bring strategic experience, mentor the team, and raise the bar across our growth function. 

You’ll collaborate closely with everyone on the team to grow the reach and impact of our programs and elevate our business offerings.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead generation: Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across the funnel, including paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), landing page creation, and email marketing to build a strong lead pipeline. 

  • Reporting and analysis: Continuously track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to drive results and inform data-driven decisions. Build and maintain up-to-date reports on lead generation activities. 

  • Email marketing: Own end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including setup, administration, and copywriting. 

  • Paid ads: Lead and continuously improve customer acquisition campaigns across paid platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and successful execution. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or missing deadlines.

What will make you successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on growth marketing, demand generation, or another role requiring strong lead generation skills, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce. 

  • Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, optimization and reporting across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. 

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and the ability to translate data into insights and informed decisions.  

  • Proficient in creating content across campaigns and formats, including web copy, email marketing, and more. 

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bulgarian; 

  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude and a focus on executing tasks accurately and on time; 

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills; 

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, share ideas, and provide constructive feedback. 

  • Some B2B experience is a plus. 

  • Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
