Are you a design student who wants to build real-world experience while still studying? At Telerik Academy, we’re looking for a part-time Graphic Design Intern (10-15 hrs/week) who’s curious, creative, and excited to learn by working on real projects with real impact.
As part of our team, you’ll help create visuals for social media, campaigns, print materials, and branded swag. You’ll turn ideas into designs, experiment with different formats, and learn how design supports communication and branding – all with guidance from experienced colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge.
Create visuals for social media using pre-made design templates, as well as creating new designs from scratch;
Create visuals for internal communication with the team such as email banners, theme cards, etc.
Edit and resize photos for blogposts and the company website;
Work on designs for print materials (brochures, posters, etc.) as well as company swag (t-shirts, branded materials, etc.). No previous experience in print preparation is needed.

This is an unpaid, learning-focused internship. In return, you’ll receive regular mentorship and feedback, and - upon approval - the opportunity to join the Spring edition of our Upskill UX/UI program free of charge, supporting your long-term professional development.
Designed to fit around your university studies and other commitments:
Part-time, flexible schedule;
Hybrid working model: collaboration onsite one day per week, with flexibility for the remaining time;
Internship period: 3-6 months.
Interest in preparing designs and visuals for digital and print media alike, e.g. social media assets, campaign visuals, branded swag;
Creative ideas;
Eye for detail;
Student in the Design field or related;
Very good written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English;
Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and accept feedback;
Initial experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with InDesign is a bonus.
